What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. Originating in Japan, the word Reiki combines Rei (universal) and Ki (life force energy). This energy flows through all living things, and when it becomes blocked or depleted, we may feel stressed, overwhelmed, or out of balance.
During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body, allowing universal energy to flow where it is needed most. The experience is deeply calming and non-invasive. Many people describe feelings of warmth, tingling, emotional release, or a profound sense of peace.
Reiki works on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels and is often used to support stress reduction, emotional balance, improved sleep, and overall relaxation. It can be used on its own or alongside other wellness or medical treatments.
Each session offers a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and allow your body’s natural healing processes to activate.

How Do I Try This?
Book with Clare at The Zen Space – Holistic Hub – Rangiora
Clare is a trained and qualified professional Reiki Practitioner (trained to Practitioner level) with 14 years of experience in training and practicing Reiki for children, animals and adults.
A full 60–90-minute session consists of an optional cacao, at least 60 minutes of reiki whilst your mind is whisked away with a Shamanic Sound Journey.
30 minutes intro for beginners (just the reiki and the sound) - $30
60-90minutes - $80
